Since early September, crews have been at work at Winston Churchill and Britannia: clearing the lot, putting in the storm sewers, and pouring the first concrete for the crane footing — the work that comes before anything rises.

Light, glass and rhythm.

Precast concrete gives the facade its vertical pattern, with bird-friendly vision glass and glazing and lighting at the covered entrance.

Twenty-two homes across four storeys, in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with a den planned in every home.
